Your Lava Lite® lamp is warranted by Lava World International™ against defects in workmanship or materials for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
LAVA WORLD INTERNATIONAL AND STEELE SUPPLY COMPANY SHALL IN NO EVENT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE OR AMOUNT.
This warranty shall be void if the Lava Lite® lamp has been subjected to abuse, negligent handling, disregard of operating instructions or attempted repair by anyone other than the manufacturer. U.L. Listed.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the order. There is no restocking fee as long as items are in new and unused condition with all original package contents. Please e-mail returns(at)lavalites.com for a Return Authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we are not able to pay return shipping charges on returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Defect returns of Lava Brand products can only be handled by the manufacturer, LavaWorld International.

Most orders (placed before 3pm ET) are shipped the same day the order is received Monday through Friday. Delivery time via UPS ground service is about 3-5 business days depending on your location. We will alert you via e-mail if an item is out of stock.

UPS air services, UPS Services (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico), US Postal Service options, and Express services are available. PO Boxes and FPO/APO addresses are shipped via the US Postal Service.
